Fabio Tolve has over 15 years of experience in the fields of property, law and finance. As a qualified lawyer (MLaw), he brings in-depth expertise and a holistic perspective to his strategic decisions. After several years as legal counsel in financial market law, he successfully manages property projects from acquisition to sale as managing director of ImmoStake.
Thanks to his strong skills in managing complex projects and integrating interdisciplinary approaches in management and transaction structuring, he has established himself as a competent and innovative decision-maker. He also has an entrepreneurial mindset and knows how to identify market opportunities and successfully realise them with creative business strategies.
A key factor in his success is the extensive network he has built up in the banking world, in major law firms and in asset management companies. This network enables him to forge valuable partnerships and utilise synergies for the successful implementation of projects.

Henry Held is a born entrepreneur. During his studies at the University of St. Gallen, he co-founded an international trading company. As the owner and board member of several property companies, he invested in property projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland and managed their development.

 

His focus is on identifying and realising potential - always in conjunction with optimal financing strategies and profitable exit scenarios.With his keen instinct for market opportunities and innovative business strategies, he drives successful projects forward. Henry Held has a successful track record in the sale and realisation of properties and portfolios - both as income-producing investments and as development projects - and is a proven expert in investment analyses and project structuring.

Patrick Held

Patrick Held is an internationally experienced entrepreneur with a diverse background in law, business, technology and creative industries. With a Lic. iur. from the University of Basel, he has in-depth legal expertise. He also holds an MBA from Macquarie University in Australia and a diploma from the Saïd Business School at Oxford University.

 

His career began as a copywriter at renowned international advertising agencies, where he quickly rose to become Creative Director. He later co-founded a Swiss-Californian multimedia and software company, which expanded on three continents, went public on the Swiss stock exchange and was acquired by Adobe. During this time, Patrick Held was responsible for marketing, communications and global sales. He now works as a consultant in Zurich and is involved as a board member and strategic advisor in start-ups, particularly in the areas of real estate, modular construction, crypto and artificial intelligence.

Peter Stocker

Peter Stocker holds a doctorate in tax law and specialises in national and international tax and estate planning. He is the founder and owner of Stocker Tax & Legal, Zurich. Before founding the company, he spent eight years as Head of Tax, Estate and Pension Planning at Bank Vontobel, Zurich, two years as a member of the Executive Board at Bank Vontobel, Vaduz/FL and 18 years as Managing Partner, Head Tax, Legal & Compliance and two years as Senior Partner, Tax Legal & Compliance at Marcuard Family Office, Zurich. Peter Stocker also advises on contract law, property transactions (purchase, sale, work contract, general contractor, total contractor) and the formation of legal entities, trusts and foundations. He is chairman/member of the board of directors of various SMEs, chairman/trustee of various charitable foundations and holds various protector mandates in international trust structures.

Erich Pfister is an internationally experienced bank manager with a solid background in law, finance and international wealth management. He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Zurich and completed advanced executive programmes at the Wharton School and the Kellogg School of Management in the USA. In his early years, Erich Pfister worked for the American Commercial Bank. In leading positions at Credit Suisse, Clariden Leu and Falcon Private Bank, he was responsible for wealth management in the Asia and Middle East regions. As CEO of Oddo BHF (Switzerland), he mainly looked after clients from the DACH region, while as CEO of Banque Cramer he worked primarily with Eastern European clients. Today, Erich Pfister is active on various boards of directors and is involved in professional and social organisations.
